We currently accept the following payment methods for all orders placed on HerPurs.com:

Currency

All payments made on HerPurs are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If your bank or card issuer uses a different currency, they may apply a conversion fee. Any such charges come directly from your payment provider, not from HerPurs.

Payment Timing

Your payment is collected when you place your order. We begin processing the order only after full payment has been successfully authorized. If the authorization fails, the order cannot be confirmed.

Taxes & Duties

Any required sales taxes will be calculated at checkout based on state or local regulations. HerPurs does not add hidden fees—your total price, including product cost, our $15 flat-rate shipping, and any applicable taxes, is always shown before you complete your payment.
Since we ship only within the United States, no international duties or customs fees apply. If tax rules change, updates will be reflected automatically at checkout.

Security of Payments

HerPurs protects all transactions using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store sensitive payment details such as full card numbers or CVV codes. Some payments may require additional verification through 3D Secure Authentication (e.g., Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode) for enhanced safety.

Refunds to Payment Method

All approved refunds are returned to the same payment method used at checkout. Refund processing follows our Return & Refund Policy and typically begins within 10 business days after the item has been inspected.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment does not go through, customers may need to check their card details, available balance, or contact their card provider. Orders are only confirmed once full payment is successfully processed. HerPurs is not responsible for delays caused by failed, declined, or incomplete transactions. In some cases, your bank may temporarily hold funds during an unsuccessful attempt—these holds are managed by your bank or payment provider.

Fraud Prevention

To keep customers safe, HerPurs may perform additional checks on orders that appear unusual or potentially fraudulent. Orders flagged for suspicious activity may be delayed or cancelled for security reasons. In some cases, our payment processor may request verification documents—such as proof of identity or billing address—before the order can be approved.
