At HerPurs, we want every customer to shop confidently, knowing that if something doesn’t go as expected, our return and refund process is clear and easy to follow. This policy explains when returns are accepted, how refunds are issued, and the responsibilities of both the customer and HerPurs during the process.

Return Eligibility Window

Customers have up to 30 calendar days from the date their order was delivered to request a return.
Any requests made after 30 days will unfortunately not qualify for a return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Our Team

Customers must reach out to us within 24–48 hours of receiving their item if they wish to start a return.
You will be asked to provide clear photos of the product to help us determine eligibility (e.g., wrong item received, defects, non-damaged condition).

  1. Return Label

The cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue is confirmed to be from HerPurs’ side.

  1. Approval & Packaging

Once your return is approved, you should securely pack the item and ship it back using a trackable method. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records.

  1. Inspection & Processing

All returned items go through an inspection after they arrive at our facility.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

Return Shipping Costs

When HerPurs is at fault:
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong product was shipped, HerPurs will cover the return shipping cost.

When the customer is responsible:
If the return is due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or damage caused after delivery, a $15 return shipping fee (same as outbound shipping fee) will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Method

All refunds are issued back to the same payment method used at checkout.
Depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, it may take extra time for refunded funds to appear in the account.

Situations Where Returns Are Not Accepted

Returns will not be approved in the following cases:

Items missing original packaging, tags, or included accessories

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents after delivery

Return requests made after 30 days from delivery

Items returned without contacting HerPurs for approval in advance

Items returned without the required proof or photos

Exchanges

HerPurs does accept exchanges.

Condition Requirements for Returns

Item damaged during courier delivery:
Eligible for a return; HerPurs covers the return shipping.

Item damaged by customer after delivery:
Not eligible for a return or refund.

Change of mind:
Accepted within 30 days, but return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

Ensure the product is packaged securely to avoid damage during return shipping

Use a trackable return method for proof of shipment
