Order Processing
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) on business days (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays start processing on the next working day.
Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on order volume. If we ever need extra time to prepare your order, we’ll notify you promptly by email.
Shipping Coverage
HerPurs ships exclusively within the United States.
We currently do not offer international delivery.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of $15 applies to all orders, regardless of quantity or delivery location within the U.S.
Your exact shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Any temporary shipping discounts or promotions will be clearly mentioned on our website.
Transit Time & Delivery Estimates
Standard Transit Time: 8–11 business days after dispatch.
Total Delivery Time: 9–14 business days (Processing + Transit).
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, severe weather, or peak seasonal periods.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the courier scans your package.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
HerPurs cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address or failed delivery attempts, a $15 re-shipping fee may apply if the customer wishes to have the package sent again.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times and handling fall under the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If the courier marks a package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, customers should contact the courier directly.
HerPurs will assist by providing tracking details, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered unless the courier verifies a delivery error.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable—for reasons such as repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or inaccessible addresses—we will notify the customer.
Customers may request re-shipment for a $15 re-shipping fee or request cancellation, which will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Signature Requirement
For added security, certain orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to sign for the package when required.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Lost or damaged packages must be reported within 9 business days of the expected delivery date.
HerPurs will help file a claim with the courier, but the investigation and resolution timeline depend entirely on the carrier.
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier cannot be refunded or replaced unless the carrier confirms a delivery issue.
Partial Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to speed up fulfillment.
Customers will be notified if split shipments are required and will receive individual tracking numbers.
Exchanges
HerPurs does accept exchanges.
