Welcome to HERPURS. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the rules for visiting herpurs.com, using our website, or placing an order with us.
By accessing our website or buying from HERPURS, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on our site. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website or services.
1. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or you’re using it with a parent or legal guardian’s permission. You may not use HERPURS, our products, or our services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable laws or regulations.
2. Using Our Website
You agree to use herpurs.com lawfully and responsibly. Unless HERPURS gives written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit our website content or any part of our services. We may refuse service, limit purchases, restrict access, or cancel orders where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
3. Product and Website Information
We work to keep information on our website accurate and current — including product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other details. Occasionally something may contain an error or need an update; if we find one, we may correct it. We also try to show product colors and images faithfully, but colors and appearance can vary slightly with lighting, photography, screens, devices, and display settings.
4. Prices and Currency
Prices on HERPURS are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change from time to time. The price shown when you order will normally apply to that purchase, subject to correction of genuine pricing, system, or technical errors where the law allows. Applicable taxes may be calculated and shown at checkout.
5. Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. HERPURS may limit quantities, discontinue a product, restrict a purchase where reasonably necessary, or update availability without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you order and we can’t fulfill it, we’ll contact you and take the appropriate action on the affected order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
HERPURS currently ships within the United States only, with free standard shipping on all U.S. orders and no minimum purchase requirement. Our standard schedule:
- Order cut-off: 5:00 PM Eastern Time
- Processing time: 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday
- Shipping time: 5–7 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 6–10 business days
Orders placed after the daily cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day. Tracking information is provided when available after shipment. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, and other events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. 7. Orders and Payments
When ordering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders must be paid successfully before they can be processed for shipment. The payment methods available for your order will be shown at checkout. HERPURS does not store your complete credit or debit card details on its own systems. All transactions are charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless shown otherwise at checkout.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary — for example, suspected fraud, a genuine pricing or technical error, inventory availability, inaccurate customer or shipping information, or unusual or potentially unauthorized activity. If HERPURS cancels an order after payment was collected, any refund due will return to the original payment method.
8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, under our Return & Refund Policy. Key terms:
- Return window: 30 days from delivery
- Restocking fee: $0
- Customers cover return shipping for preference-based returns (changed mind, wrong item/color/style)
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact HERPURS for review and return instructions
- A prepaid return label may be provided where applicable for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
- Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund. HERPURS doesn’t currently offer direct exchanges — to get a different item, return the eligible purchase under our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order. 9. Order Changes and Cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t entered processing or shipped. Once processing or dispatch has begun, we may no longer be able to change or cancel. A cancellation request doesn’t guarantee cancellation will still be possible.
10. Privacy
HERPURS respects your privacy. Personal information collected through our website is handled under our Privacy Policy, which explains what we may collect, how we may use or share it, and the privacy choices or rights available to you.
11. Errors and Corrections
Despite our care, occasional errors can occur — typographical errors, pricing errors, incorrect product information, availability errors, or technical/system errors. If we discover an error, HERPURS may correct the affected information. If it affects an already-placed order, we’ll handle it in line with applicable law and contact you where appropriate.
12. Acceptable Use
You may not use HERPURS or herpurs.com for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; to violate someone else’s rights; to submit intentionally false, fraudulent, or misleading information; to introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology; to interfere with the security or normal operation of our site; to attempt unauthorized access to our website, systems, accounts, or customer information; or to scrape, copy, or exploit site content for unauthorized commercial purposes. HERPURS may restrict access when these Terms are violated and take further appropriate action where permitted.
13. Intellectual Property
The HERPURS name, website design, written content, graphics, branding, logos, and other original materials on herpurs.com are owned by HERPURS or used with appropriate authorization, except where stated otherwise. You’re welcome to use our site for personal shopping and information. Nothing here permits using HERPURS branding, content, or intellectual property commercially without prior written authorization.
14. Third-Party Services
HERPURS uses third-party providers to help run our store — such as website hosting, payment processing, shipping and delivery, analytics, marketing, fraud prevention, customer communication, and other technology services. Some third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies, and practices. HERPURS isn’t responsible for third-party sites or services we don’t control.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, HERPURS won’t be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses from your use of our website or services. Nothing here is meant to exclude or limit liability that can’t legally be excluded or limited, or to reduce consumer protections and rights the law gives you.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable U.S. federal laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits consumer rights that can’t legally be waived, limited, or excluded.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products or services, site functionality, technology, operations, or legal/regulatory duties. The latest version will be published on this page, and updated Terms apply from the posting date unless the law requires otherwise.
